The company was established in 1990. We are Finland’s largest blown-in insulation contractor and provide solutions for recycling all mineral and wood fibre based board and blown-in insulations as well as lightweight aggregate insulations.

Logistics

Chairman of the Board is the founder Kalevi Hirvensalo and Managing Director is Ilari Hirvensalo, who is in charge of sales and marketing. Henrik Hirvensalo is in charge of logistics, high-power suction and recycling. Our company employs 15 workers and depending on contracts and demands an additional 25. Our equipment consists of 10 trucks with different chassis and 2 van for different distribution tasks. The depots and stores is now located in Järvenpää and Kyrö.

Customers/Partners

Our customers are the private sector, house-owning companies, small, medium-sized and large construction firms, the construction/precast element industry as well as municipalities, towns and state. We have a cooperative relationship with all the significant insulation manufacturers.

Area of expertise

The company specializes in recycling (building insulation). The technology developed by Eko-Expert makes recycling of building insulation possible. Existing buildings can be insulated without tearing down constructions. For example a wall cavity insulated with sawdust can be insulated without causing it damage.
